About the Role:
We a looking for a Lawyer to join our Perth team. Working with the Director of the Perth office, You will be responsible for ensuring customer care across the practice is satisfactory from engagement through to the resolution of individual clients' legal matters. Furthermore, you will identify continuous improvement strategies for the practice and assist with implementation of these strategies.

About You:
We are seeking a qualified lawyer in Plaintiff personal injury litigation ideally with CIC experience. We are looking for a down to earth individual that is diligent and qualified with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously within a team structure.

You will also have:
Excellent advocacy skills and proven file management experience.
Personal Injury litigation experience.
An ability to think strategically to identify growth opportunities;




Robust client-facing and communication skills;
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
