About the Role
Servicing, diagnosing and repairing outboard engines (Honda Marine & other major brands)
Fit‑ups, repowers, rigging and electrical installations
Troubleshooting engine performance issues
Preparing boats for delivery and ensuring high workshop standards
Maintaining accurate job records and communicating clearly with the service team
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a marine mechanic or similar mechanical trade
Robust diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
Reliable, skilled and customer‑focused
Current driver’s licence (boat licence highly regarded)
Experience with Honda Marine is a bonus, but not essential
