Snooze Warrawong is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant /Warehouse team member. This full time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail workplace and is eager to contribute both on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
The role requires flexibility to cover shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards.
Assisting in receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise accurately.
Ensuring the warehouse is organised, clean, and adheres to safety standards,
Coordinating with the delivery team to manage stock levels and fulfil customer orders promptly.
About you
Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or warehouse operations
Drivers license is a must
The physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
Confident and professional communication skills
The ability to use a computer
The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
