The role

Supervise and oversee work crews to ensure work is completed safely, to Company quality standard and to customer requirements
Maintain current knowledge of all Client requirements for supervisors working on site
Provide technical advice in relation to planned and emergency work
Plan labour and equipment utilisation
Lead, develop and support field service team members, whilst also managing the effectiveness, performance and outcomes of team members
Develop, establish and sustain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Build, foster and coach the service team to create a high-performance culture

About you

Trade qualification preferred
Advanced knowledge of conveyor systems, plant and equipment
Demonstrated understanding of conveyor mechanical maintenance and processes
Knowledge of mining operations, underground and open cut
Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising a team of service technicians
Competent knowledge of relevant OH&S; legislation
S26 DMRIS qualified or willing to obtain
