We are now looking for an exceptional Head Chef to join Saint Haven Black, Toorak, leading the kitchen and dining experience within one of Melbourne’s most exclusive Private Clubs.
THE ROLE
Dining is an integral part of the Saint Haven member experience. Our menus are built around premium, organic and nutrient-dense wholefoods, delivering exceptional flavour, quality and presentation.
As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen operation, develop menus and specials, manage food and labour costs,



and build a high-performing team that consistently delivers to the highest standard.
You’ll also work closely with our Executive Chef to deliver member events, private dinners and memorable culinary experiences befitting a luxury Private Club.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Head Chef or solid Sous Chef experience within premium hospitality
A genuine passion for exceptional produce and wholefood-led dining
Solid kitchen leadership and commercial capability
Impeccable standards across quality, presentation and service
A hands-on, cooperative leadership style
Experience within luxury hotels, premium restaurants or Private Clubs highly regarded
