Senior Case Manager | Workers Compensation & Injury Management

Looking for your next step in workers compensation?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our Injury Assist team in Macquarie Park.

You’ll manage claims end to end, build effective recovery-at-work strategies and work closely with injured workers, operational leaders and medical providers to achieve protected and sustainable outcomes. You’ll also bring your expertise to the wider team through technical support, coaching and training.

You’ll bring:
Workers compensation and injury management experience.
NSW RTW Coordinator certification.
Knowledge of workers compensation legislation and SIRA Standards of Practice.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Current NSW driver licence.

Self-insurance experience is highly regarded but not essential.
