Giorgi', a leading luxury residential construction company in Perth, is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler to join their dynamic team. In this a part time role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates and take offs for high-end residential projects, assisting in the successful delivery of these prestigious developments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for all elements of luxury residential construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment
Analyse project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify and quantify required resources send quotes accordingly and qualify once received.
Provide support to the Estimating and Scheduling team
Prepare tender submissions and proposals to secure current projects
Provide take offs for scheduling, Send for quotes and issue purchase orders.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects
Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
Proficient in the use of estimating/scheduling software and other relevant tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
