NTEX Code Red is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Weighbridge Officer to join our team in East Arm. This is a varied and rewarding full-time position combining weighbridge operations, customer service and administration support functions within our Resource Recovery Facility.
As the first point of contact for customers, drivers and contractors, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient site operations while maintaining accurate records and exceptional service standards.
What you'll be doing
Operating the NTEX Code Red weighbridge and processing vehicle movements
Communicating with drivers and customers via UHF radio
Providing comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining records
Supporting compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
Working collaboratively with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
What we're looking for
Previous experience within the transport, construction or logistics industry will be highly regarded
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and skilled manner
Ability to think on your feet and be able to make quick decisions
A current Northern Territory driver's licence
White Card (Construction Induction)
