The Northern Football Netball League (NFNL) aims to develop and grow a quality Australian Rules Football and Netball competition for the enjoyment and advantage of all stakeholders throughout the northern region of Melbourne.
The NFNL aims to create and sustain an workplace in which all clubs and individuals can aspire to reach their full potential in a healthy and secure manner.
Each season the league conducts more than 3800 matches, involving 380 football teams, 131 senior and 56 junior winter netball teams, 114 senior summer netball teams and over 10,000 registered players.
The strength and integrity of the league continues to be underpinned by the quality of the NFNL’s clubs and the foundations of participation across all levels of the league.
The Netball Venue Manager will be responsible for:
Set up and pack up venue appointed to as required.
Ensure all umpires have arrived for games.
Ensure all games commence on time.
All equipment is ready for all games.
Ensure the venue is always clean and tidy.
All paperwork is completed at the conclusion of game by umpires.
Collect all scoreboards and take them to desk assistant at the conclusion of the night (venue dependent).
Ensure club officials are wearing required armband identification.
Communicating directly with NFNL clubs, spectators and umpires throughout the night, providing support where required.
Upholding all venue entry conditions, set by the league and by Netball Victoria.
