You will
Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and build robust relationships across their organisations
Provide expert support on import and export sea cargo, including quoting and rate sourcing
Coordinate international shipments end to end on behalf of customers
Liaise confidently with clients, carriers, and the global partner network
Work closely with the Cargo Development team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Deliver timely reporting, communication, and proactive customer updates
You have
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a genuine passion for customer service
A proven background in customer service or sales support within freight forwarding
Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or shipping
Strong organisational skills and the ability to excel in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build robust client relationships
Your own transport, as public transport is not available in the area
