About the role

Design Quintessence is seeking a hands-on Warehouse All-Rounder who thrives in a busy, wide-ranging role and enjoys being part of a hard-working team. This position is based in Malaga, Perth.

Key responsibilities
General warehouse duties
Process shipments, freight quotes & invoices
Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised
Loading/unloading delivery vehicles and occasionally making deliveries
Take customer orders, pick and despatch
Provide customer quotes

About you We’re looking for someone who is organised, practical and enjoys variety. You don’t need to come from the entertainment industry – experience in a busy, stock-heavy setting is highly valued.

You will ideally have
Experience working with a large range of products, parts or SKU's




Experience in stock control, inventory management and warehouse operations
Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a trade or product-based workplace
Confidence preparing quotes, processing orders and assisting customers with product enquiries
Good attention to detail when picking, receipting and dispatching stock
A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to solve problems
Excellent communication skills
A willingness to help wherever needed – whether that's serving a customer, preparing a quote, picking an order or keeping the warehouse organised
Forklift Licence required
Current full unrestricted Driver's Licence

Experience in industries such as industrial supplies, engineering, hardware, hydraulics, safety equipment or other parts-heavy environments would be highly regarded. Our Values: Sense of Humour, Integrity, Loyalty, Problem Solvers, Pride and Urgency.
