Nourish Spa & Skin Clinic is a boutique spa and skin clinic in the heart of St Kilda, offering advanced facials, skin treatments and massage therapy in a calm, elevated space. We're looking for an experienced Massage Therapist to join our team.

About the role

We're after a qualified massage therapist who can confidently deliver a full range of massage modalities to both male and female clients, including sports massage and lymphatic drainage, alongside our broader menu of relaxation and therapeutic treatments (deep tissue, hot stone, pregnancy massage and more). You'll work as part of a small, supportive team in a beautiful, professional workplace.

What you'll be doing

● Delivering sports massage, lymphatic drainage massage, deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone and pregnancy massage treatments

● Conducting client consultations to understand needs, contraindications and treatment goals

● Tailoring treatments for both male and female clients across a range of advanced massage techniques

● Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes

● Upholding the clinic's hygiene, presentation and service standards

● Recommending appropriate home-care and follow-up treatment plans





What we're looking for

● Certificate IV in Massage Therapy or Diploma of Remedial Massage (essential)

● Current certification in sports massage and lymphatic drainage massage

● Demonstrated experience across advanced massage modalities for both male and female clients

● Current professional association membership and insurance (e.g. ANTA, ATMS or equivalent)

● A genuine, professional manner with solid client care skills

● Reliability and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

● Current Working with Children Check / police check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $32.58 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 38.0 per week
