Our client, based in Balcatta, is seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to join their supportive and collaborative team.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent full-time hours for the right candidate, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
About You To be successful, you will have:
Current forklift licence
Previous warehouse, logistics and stock control experience
Strong customer service skills
Experience in warehouse systems and intermediate computer skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
The Role
Your responsibilities will include
Coordinating stock, inventory movements, transfers and replenishment
Managing incoming and outgoing stock and sales
Coordinating freight bookings,
deliveries and dispatch
Loading and unloading freight
Forklift operation and general warehouse duties
Ensuring stock is stored safely and accurately
Providing customer service and support
Completing stocktakes and maintaining inventory accuracy
Meeting KPIs including on-time deliveries and branch requests
Following WHS procedures and maintaining a secure workplace
Assisting with general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean work environment
