We are seeking a dynamic person with a positive, can-do attitude to support the day-to-day administrative duties to join our Asset Maintenance Southwest team. This role would suit a hands-on administrator who is looking to add value to our teams by providing quality support and assistance in project coordination to our clients, and sub-contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients and sub-contract labour forces regarding upcoming planned activity
Scheduling
Adjusting the labour diary based on live changes
Handling the administration of the materials with the dispatch team
Working closely with Schedulers, Account Managers, and Yard/Logistics teams
Data entry
General administration
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience in a similar position
A professional focus and attention to detail is key
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and ability
Strong communication and people skills
Solid computer and systems skills and knowledge
