We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead the next phase of OKX's growth in the Australian market.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and executing our commercial strategy to increase market presence, market share, trading volumes and revenue in Australia.

You will own the commercial growth agenda end-to-end - identifying where and how we win, translating market and customer insights into actionable strategies, developing new growth channels and strategic partnerships, and leading go-to-market initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement and trading activity.

As part of a global exchange operating in a quick-evolving industry,



you will also play an significant role in connecting our global capabilities with the needs and opportunities of the Australian market. You will work closely with local and global Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Legal & Compliance to ensure our commercial priorities translate into strong execution.

This is a builder role. We are looking for someone who can operate strategically while remaining execution-oriented - someone comfortable creating the commercial playbook, opening doors, testing recent growth opportunities and building the capabilities and team required to scale them.
