What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing and executing high-quality dishes across grill, pans, and service sections
Maintaining consistency, presentation, and speed during busy services
Supporting menu execution including steaks, ribs, pastas, and small plates
Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
Working collaboratively with a tight-knit, qualified team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (steakhouse or grill experience highly regarded)
Solid understanding of cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in peak service periods
Positive attitude, reliability, and team-first mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
