We are looking for a friendly, skilled and energetic team member to join our front-of-house team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming venue, and assisting with the smooth running of the front of house.
The successful candidate will also assist with social media, including creating and posting engaging content, capturing photos/videos of the venue and food, responding to basic enquiries, and helping promote events and specials.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver friendly and attentive customer service
Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
Assist with opening, closing and general front-of-house operations
Maintain presentation, cleanliness and organisation of the venue
Support the team during busy service periods
Create and manage engaging social media content
Help promote the venue, specials and events online
Represent the business professionally and positively
Ideal candidate: Reliable, well-presented, confident with customers, a solid team player, and comfortable using social media. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
Pay: $26.44 – $47.65 per hour
