As a Finance Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative functions, including:
Processing invoices and ensuring payments are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Processing and managing prisoners’ payments.
Administering accused costs and related financial transactions.
Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
Identifying and following up outstanding matters to help prevent processing backlogs.
Providing general financial administration and support to the broader team as required.
You will ideally demonstrate:
Experience in accounts, finance or financial administration.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage high-volume transactions and meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
A professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential financial information.
Required:
