Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the warehouse and make the most of every square metre of space
Build and manage a high performing warehouse team, including hiring excellent people
Champion quality control and work closely with the buying team
Design and roll out smarter processes that boost efficiency
Partner with departments and senior management to solve problems and stay aligned on company goals
Manage customer claims and credits to guarantee total satisfaction
Coordinate deliveries and logistics with multiple transport partners
About You
Current driver's and forklift licence
Experience with big and bulky goods preferred
Able to lift 25kg and physically fit
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
Solid time management skills
Solid knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements
Positive, professional team player who brings energy to the role
