We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join this growing business on a full-time basis in Inner Suburbs of Melbourne.
This is a great opportunity for a Contract Administrator who is confident working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is experienced using Procore software.
About the role:
Manage contracts, variations, progress claims, and subcontractor documentation.
Prepare and maintain project reports, registers, and commercial records.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and contractual obligations.
Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with requirements.
Utilise Procore to manage project documentation, workflows, and communication.
About you:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the construction industry on projects to the value of $10 million
Strong knowledge of construction contracts,
variations, progress claims, and project administration.
Proven experience using Procore.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing business.
Commercial construction experience is essential
