About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced NDIS qualified who understands how a provider operates in practice. The successful candidate will help build reliable systems from participant referral and intake through service delivery, workforce management, documentation, invoicing, quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Lead day-to-day NDIS service operations and participant onboarding.
Develop, implement and maintain participant intake, Service Agreement, consent, risk and service-delivery processes.
Coordinate participant services, Support Worker allocation and rostering oversight.
Maintain participant records, progress notes and required operational documentation.
Manage incident, complaint, feedback and risk-management processes.
Maintain worker compliance records, screening, induction and mandatory documentation.
Support NDIS invoicing, claiming, service reconciliation and billing accuracy.
Monitor compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant provider obligations.
Maintain audit readiness and coordinate continuous quality-improvement activities.
Assist with recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management of Support Workers.
About you
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience within an NDIS provider organisation.
Strong practical understanding of NDIS provider operations and compliance.
Experience with participant intake, Service Agreements and service delivery.
Experience with incidents, complaints, risk management, worker compliance and audit preparation.
Understanding of NDIS pricing, claiming and participant funding arrangements.
Robust documentation, organisation, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to establish systems and processes in a growing organisation.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain one, and appropriate Australian working rights.
Experience establishing, improving or expanding an NDIS provider operation will be highly regarded.
