Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service technicians and maintenance works
Manage customer service requests and work order administration
Prepare purchase orders, and service documentation
Process invoices and assist with customer billing enquiries




Maintain service records, asset registers, and compliance documentation
Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Assist with monthly reporting and administrative support
Support the Service Manager and broader operations team

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administration, service coordination, or customer service role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using ERP, service management, or maintenance systems will be highly regarded
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
