Your Impact

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive State Support Coordinator to join our Sales team in Queensland. You'll help keep our Sales team running smoothly by coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting state-based events, managing team resources, and driving key safety and compliance activities.

Reporting to the Sales Enablement & Support Team Lead, you'll provide operational and administrative support, ensuring daily activities, tools, resources and processes are managed efficiently. You thrive in a rapid-paced setting, enjoy supporting others and take pride in keeping things organised and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate local office requirements, including stationery, uniforms, business cards, couriers and team resources
Support onboarding, offboarding and internal transitions for Sales team members
Maintain tools of trade, organisational charts, contact lists and Sales Hub resources
Act as a key point of contact for the field sales team, providing day-to-day operational support
Assist with the planning and execution of local events, sponsorship activations, roadshows and sales briefings
Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodation, catering, deliveries and product donations
Manage and track key Health & Safety metrics, compliance registers,



licences and training records
Support state leadership with ad hoc administration and team coordination activities

About You
Previous experience in an administration, coordination or sales support role
Experience within FMCG, consumer goods or a field-based sales environment will be highly regarded
Robust organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong capability across Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other business systems
