This position plays a critical role in our mission of delivering higher levels of service excellence, creating memorable moments and exceeding every expectation making brand advocates and guests for life.
As a Telephone Operator, you will provide highly polished customer service, have impeccable listening and multi tasking skills, ability to solve problems and a genuine desire to ensure the best outcome for our guests.

Your key responsibilities
Answering incoming calls from both in-house and external guests.
Log and follow up on guests requests with the appropriate departments.
Direct calls to guest rooms, departments, or key stakeholders of the business.
Places outgoing calls when required.
Provides information about hotel services to guests.
Knows what action to take when an emergency call is required.
Effectively communicate and liaise with associates on all levels and understanding the importance of team work within hotel operations.
