Contract: 4 Months + Possible Extension
Experience: 2–3+ Years
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
2–3+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Digital Communication, or Information Design.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to understand current technologies, learn new skills, and apply document design and information architecture principles.
Robust knowledge of Plain English principles.
Experience with style guides and separation of content from presentation/style.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and structured content.
Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture, API Gateway Design, and DevOps Automation Practices.
Experience working in Agile settings.
