We’re partnering with several established insolvency and restructuring practices across Brisbane that are looking to appoint experienced Senior Insolvency Accountants.
These opportunities sit within well-regarded, growth-focused advisory firms, offering exposure to a broad mix of corporate insolvency, restructuring and turnaround engagements. You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners on complex matters while taking real ownership of files and supporting junior team members.
Key responsibilities include
Managing corporate insolvency appointments including voluntary administrations, liquidations and receiverships
Preparing reports, statutory documentation, investigations and stakeholder correspondence
Liaising with directors, creditors, legal advisers and other key stakeholders
Assisting with restructuring, turnaround and business review engagements
Reviewing the work of junior staff and contributing to their development
Maintaining robust compliance and file-management standards
To be considered,
you’ll ideally have:
3+ years’ insolvency experience within an accounting, advisory or specialist insolvency firm
Solid experience across corporate insolvency engagements
CA/CPA qualification completed or underway
Robust written communication, commercial judgement and stakeholder-management skills
The ability to manage competing deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
