An exciting internal opportunity is now available for a Demi Chef to join the PizzAperta team on a part time or full time basis.

PizzAperta Manfredi celebrates quality Italian food, fresh produce and easy flavours, with its handcrafted pizzas cooked in our state-of-the-art Marana Rotoforno oven, imported directly from Verona.

The Opportunity

Working alongside our experienced kitchen team, you will support the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes while continuing to develop your culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine.

The day-to-day:
Preparing and cooking menu items to PizzAperta standards
Supporting senior chefs during preparation and service
Assisting with pizza, sauces and other Italian-style menu preparation
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness requirements




Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team during busy services

Our Perfect Fit

We’re looking for an existing team member who is passionate about food and ready to take the next step in their culinary career.

You will have:
Previous kitchen and food preparation experience
A genuine interest in Italian cuisine
Strong teamwork and communication skills
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A commitment to quality, consistency and food safety
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
