Senior Account Executive | Construction Technology | Brisbane
I’m recruiting a Senior Account Executive to lead Queensland sales for a growing construction technology company.
The business helps contractors track project progress, validate claims and communicate with stakeholders through construction cameras and visual tracking software.
You’ll own the full sales cycle across Queensland, from prospecting and site visits through to closing deals and expanding existing accounts. The sales approach starts with winning an individual project, then building relationships to secure further projects across the contractor’s business.
The role
Sell to Tier 1, 2 and 3 contractors across Queensland.
Generate most of your own pipeline.
Work with in office project teams and senior decision-makers.
Manage deals typically worth A$15–30K in annual recurring revenue.
Work as the sole Brisbane-based representative,
supported by the wider ANZ sales team.
What we’re looking for
B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or construction technology.
At least 1–2 years selling to construction companies.
A track record of self-sourcing and closing recent business.
Experience with project-level sales and account expansion.
The ability to work independently within a distributed team.
Package and location
A$110–130K base | A$220–260K OTE | Equity
Remote from Brisbane, with co-working available, regular site visits across Queensland and periodic travel to Sydney. Candidates must be based in Brisbane.
