You will be passionate about the delivery of guest exprience, highly organised with confiidence to stay on top of cellar operatins, guiding guests through wine list and drive beverage sales

What We’re Looking For
Wine expert who meets the delivery of a seamless guest experience
Ensuring premium service delivery, guest satisfaction, and team coordination
Managing guest feedback and ensuring service recovery when needed
Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guest
Provide training, leadership and advice to team members
Upholding Ghanem Group standards in ambience, cleanliness, and overall presentation

Min 2 years experience as a Sommelier with expansive wine knowledge
Exceptional communications skills ands guest engagement
WSET Qualificatins to level 2 min expectation
Passion for Hospitality, ability to work weekends ,confident with system support software.
