Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across Raptor Property Solutions’ social media channels to strengthen brand awareness and engage current and potential clients. This contract role is hybrid, based in Sutherland, NSW, with the flexibility to complete most work from home. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media calendars, drafting copy and visual briefs, monitoring engagement and inquiries, and reporting on performance metrics.

The coordinator collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather updates, promote services,



and ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience managing business profiles.
Strong Communication and Writing abilities, including clear, professional client-facing and internal messaging.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and best practices for audience targeting and campaign performance.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic analytics or insights tools.
Ability to organize content calendars, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement in Sutherland, NSW, and collaborating with on-site and remote team members.
Previous experience in property services, trades, or facilities management industries is beneficial but not required.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
