About the role

Atlas Fuel Australia is seeking an experienced sales qualified to grow our bulk fuel, wholesale and commercial customer portfolio. This role suits someone who understands the fuel industry, knows how tanker fleets operate and can turn competitive fuel pricing into profitable, long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities
Identify and secure new customers across independent service stations, mining, agriculture, transport and civil industries.
Manage existing accounts, strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Prepare fuel quotations, negotiate supply terms and manage margins within approved pricing guidelines.
Monitor fuel price movements, competitor activity and customer purchasing requirements.
Work closely with fleet and operations teams to coordinate supply, delivery schedules and customer expectations.
Assess customer fuel consumption, tank capacity, delivery access and replenishment requirements.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts,



customer records and sales activity reports.
Achieve agreed sales, volume and profitability targets.

About you
Previous fuel industry experience is essential, preferably in fuel sales, wholesale supply, distribution or commercial account management.
Strong understanding of tanker fleet operations, including delivery planning, load capacity, route efficiency and transport costs.
Sound knowledge of fuel pricing, including terminal gate pricing, freight, margins and market fluctuations.
Proven ability to win current business, negotiate commercial terms and retain customers.
Solid communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with operations and management.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
