Key responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
Assist GPs with procedures and care plans
Support chronic disease management and health assessments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
About you
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in general practice (preferred but not essential)
A caring and skilled approach to patient care
