LJ Hooker Rockhampton is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide hands-on administration, contract and marketing support across our Sales Department. This is a wide-ranging and important role within our team, suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting others and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Key responsibilities
Preparing Form 6 Listing Agreements, reappointments and sales documentation
Processing appraisals and new property listings
Maintaining accurate property, client and compliance records
Preparing documentation for tenanted properties being sold
Coordinating Seller Disclosure documentation
Preparing contracts and coordinating electronic signing
Monitoring contracts, conditions, deposits and key settlement dates
Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other parties
Coordinating property marketing
Ordering brochures, signboards and other marketing collateral
About you
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence with technology and learning new systems
Initiative and the ability to think ahead
A positive,
professional and team-focused approach
The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy setting
Previous real estate, sales administration, conveyancing or general administration experience will be highly regarded; however, the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally significant
