Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time in office position based in Brisbane, QLD. This role is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring that all work is completed to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The Site

Supervisor will manage project timelines, monitor progress, and report on site status to project managers and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site inspections, resolving on-site issues, verifying materials and workmanship, and maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.



The role also involves enforcing safety procedures, documenting site activities, and supporting continuous improvement across insurance repair projects.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience supervising construction or building sites, ideally within insurance repair or residential construction.
Strong skills in coordinating trades, scheduling work, and managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of building codes, compliance requirements, and workplace health and safety practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, insurers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and technical documentation.
Proficient in using basic digital tools and job management software for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Relevant trade qualification or construction-related certification; supervisor license or equivalent accreditation is highly regarded.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites across the SEQLD region as required.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
