As a Room Attendant at The Canvas Apartments Hotel in Melbourne, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public spaces. This casual position is a crucial part of providing an exceptional hospitality experience to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining high standards of presentation
Attend to public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and communal spaces to keep them tidy and well-presented
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition
Assist with laundry and linen management as required
Provide friendly and responsive customer service to guests
