About the Role
Welcome and engage visitors to the cellar door
Conduct wine tastings and assist with sales
Support winery events and functions
Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and qualified manner
About You
Current RSA or willing to obtain
Interest in wine, viticulture, or the wine industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well presented and customer focused
Reliable and punctual
Own transport essential
Hospitality, tourism or customer service experience is highly regarded
