Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a small team within their busy precast concrete manufacturing facility in Dandenong South.
This is a hands-on leadership role supervising 3–6 production staff and overseeing the day-to-day production, safety, quality and scheduling of precast concrete products.

The Role
Supervise and coordinate daily precast production
Lead and support a team of 3–6 production staff
Organise labour and production schedules
Conduct toolbox talks and maintain robust safety standards
Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
Carry out quality checks and inspections
Coordinate maintenance and help resolve production issues
Train, coach and develop team members
Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
About You
Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing is essential
Production Supervisor experience preferred
Leading Hand experience in precast with the ability to step up will be considered
Solid understanding of precast concrete production processes
Safety and quality focused
Confident leading a small production team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Trade qualification or engineering background highly regarded
