We're seeking an experience recruiter to join a busy and growing team, supporting high-volume blue-collar recruitment requirements through to the end of the year.

About the Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of blue-collar positions. You'll work closely with hiring managers and operational stakeholders to attract, engage, and onboard talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns from sourcing through to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate medicals, inductions, reference checks, and compliance documentation
Build and maintain talent pools for ongoing workforce needs
Manage job advertisements and candidate attraction strategies
Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within blue-collar, industrial, construction, logistics, manufacturing, mining, or resources sectors
Experience managing a high volume of vacancies simultaneously
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
