About the Position
Take ownership of a busy bar operation and become a key part of the venue’s leadership team. You’ll lead the bar team, manage day-to-day operations, maintain service standards, and drive the customer experience. Position Description
Manage the day-to-day bar operation
Lead, train and motivate the bar team
Manage rosters, staffing and labour
Oversee stock, ordering and beverage costs
Maintain service, presentation and compliance standards
Monitor sales and bar performance
Develop beverage offerings, promotions and specials
Work closely with senior management
Be hands-on during busy service periods
Position Requirements
Previous Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior supervisory experience
Experience in a busy pub, club, hotel or similar venue
Robust people management and communication skills
Sound knowledge of cocktails and wines
Strong customer service focus
RSA and RCG
Robust cash handling skills
Adaptable to work evenings and weekends
