We are a busy physiotherapy practice seeking a casual reception employee to join our fun, friendly, hardworking reception team while helping offer support to our physiotherapists – this position would suit physio uni student
Shifts:
Saturday availability is desirable (8-1pm)
Evening availability is required
Weekdays practice is open 7am-7pm – shifts within these hours
Flexibility to cover extra shifts a bonus – eg holidays/sick leave cover
Successful applicant is to be well presented, team orientated yet able to work individually.
Warm personality, attention to detail, pro-active, ability to prioritise and multi-task with robust communication skills.
Able to work in a multi-faceted role whilst understanding the importance of our patients.
Training provided, previous job experience helpful but not essential.
Duties: include diary and integrated program management, scanning, communicating with suppliers/insurers/medical staff, processing accounts, data entry, POS, daily cleaning.

Remuneration will be guided by Health and Support Services 2026 award and relevant experience by applicant, included amounts are a guideline only.
