Role Description This is a full-time, in office Property Manager role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Property

Manager oversees a portfolio of short-term rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with local regulations, and ready for guest stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cleaning and maintenance, conducting regular property inspections, and managing inventories and supplies. The role also involves handling guest communications,



resolving issues in a timely manner, and supporting smooth check-in and check-out processes.

The Property

Manager works closely with owners and internal teams to improve occupancy rates, enhance guest experiences, and ensure productive operations.

Qualifications
Strong management skills, including maintenance coordination, scheduling, and oversight of contractors and service providers.
Experience in hospitality or short-term rentals, with a focus on guest relations, issue resolution, and service excellence.
Solid organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, property owners, and internal teams.
