The Role Pivotech is looking for a Production team member to join the Kits area at our Dandenong South site. You'll read drawings, check measurements, and drill kits accurately across head and sill components, while keeping the workflow moving and pitching in where the team needs you.

What You'll Do
Understand drawings and drill kits to spec on cutsheets
Check measurements before drilling to get it right first time
Organise drilling order on trollies to keep production flowing
Support the wider team and warehouse as needed

What You'll Bring




Solid attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time
Reliable, punctual, and ready to dive in
A valid driver's licence and basic MS Office skills are a plus
Aluminium manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude is desirable, not essential
