We are looking for an experienced Product Business Analyst to join a growing technology company developing a new communications platform.

Working closely with the Product and Engineering teams, you will help define how communication and data from different platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack and Jira can be brought together into one solution.

You will work through the requirements, integrations and data flows and turn these into explicit specifications that support product development.

What we're looking for:
Robust Product BA or Technical BA experience
Experience working with APIs, integrations and data flows
Comfortable working closely with Product Owners/Managers and Engineers
Strong requirements gathering and specification writing skills
Experience with SaaS, cloud or software product development
Agile delivery experience
Comfortable working in a rapid-moving environment where the product is still being shaped

This would suit a hands-on Product BA who enjoys discovery, solving technical problems and helping turn ideas into practical product requirements.
