Marketing & Content Coordinator | PRSWe’re looking for someone to take ownership of marketing at Progressive Reinforcing Systems (PRS).

PRS is a growing reinforcing steel manufacturing business based in Melbourne, specialising in automated custom reinforcing mesh and bending solutions for the precast and construction industries.

We have a lot happening within the business — manufacturing, automation, major projects, new capabilities and continued growth — and we’re looking for someone who can turn what we do every day into strong, consistent marketing.

The role would include
Managing LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Planning and creating regular content
Filming and photographing our manufacturing, projects and team
Creating short-form videos/reels and basic editing
Managing website content and project updates
Creating customer/project case studies
Assisting with marketing material and capability presentations
Developing recent campaigns and marketing ideas
Tracking engagement, enquiries and what is generating opportunities




Coordinating external photographers, videographers or web developers when required

You don’t need years of experience. We’re open to someone early in their marketing career, a recent graduate or a freelancer looking for an chance to take ownership, build something from the ground up and make the role their own. What matters most is being creative, proactive and willing to learn the business. We want someone who can understand what PRS does, identify opportunities and help drive the marketing rather than waiting to be told what to post each week.

Initially, we’re open to part time, contract or freelance, with the opportunity for the role to grow as the business grows.
