Marsdens Law Group are looking to employ a office junior administrative assistant to undertake a Legal traineeship at our head office in Campbelltownfor a twelve (12) month period.
The successful applicant will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal Services) as well as invaluable experience in a legal office.
This is a full time role with hours being 8.30am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic entry level position and would suit current school leavers with a view to career advancement.
The Role:
Perform a range of administration tasks;
Photocopying, scanning and filing;
Assisting Departments in Junior Admin tasks;
Data entry and maintaining databases and registers; and
Daily office tasks such as tidying/cleaning kitchens, boardrooms and entry ways, banking, purchasing and distributing milk as well as adhoc tasks.
The successful applicant must:-
Be well presented for a legal office;
Quick to pick up new skills and adapt to recent environments;
Demonstrate sound computer skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Be able to work in a fast paced, highly agile environment with multiple focus points and work to deadlines;
Be a self starter and highly responsible.
NOT have completed a Certificate III or higher in any other industry OR if you are currently studying and the completion qualification is higher than and Certificate III.
