ONESOLOMON has been making window furnishings in Queensland since 1987. We're growing, and we need another set of hands in our roller blind production area.
What you'll be doing:
Assembling roller blinds to order specifications — cutting, fabricating, and fitting components (tubes, brackets, chains, bottom rails, fabric)
Reading job tickets accurately and matching finished product to the customer's order
Quality-checking your own work before it moves to the next stage
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and protected
Working as part of a small team to hit daily production targets
Reporting faults, damaged stock, or process issues to your team leader
What we're looking for:
Someone reliable who turns up on time, every time
Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail — this work is exact, not rushed
Physically able to stand for a shift and handle repetitive tasks
Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery (training provided)
Manufacturing, trade, or process work experience is a plus but not essential — we'll train the right person
A team player who takes pride in getting it right the first time
What's on offer:
Steady, consistent hours at our Cleveland factory
On-the-job training from an experienced team
Working for an established, growing Queensland business
A no-nonsense workplace — we measure twice, and we expect the same from our people
If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
Work Location: In person
