What you could be doing
Driving, measuring and reporting on performance targets
Creating robust relationships with employers to create opportunities for young people
Coaching and mentoring teams in the best recruitment practices
Conducting weekly 1-1s with all team members

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
