n MCR are recruiting a Electrical Commissioning Engineer to work on large, high profile data centre commissioning projects in Melbourne.

The nature of this role is to provide engineering and technical support to plan, schedule, coordinate and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical data centre facilities. You will be involved in all stages of commissioning, from early design, managing commissioning scripts, witness testing through to project handover.
n You'll work across complex electrical systems including:

Generators
n
UPS Systems
n
Power Distribution Units
n
HV/MV Systems
n
LV Switchgear
n

n

Requirements

n

n
Electrically qualified (trade or tertiary)
n




Data centre experience not essential butcommissioning experience in complex or critical environments.
n
Your background could be in pharmaceutical, hospitals, airports, universities industrial facilities etc.
n
Excellent documentational skills, solid communicator and technically minded.
n
Must know how to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
n
Ability to work in a quick paced environment and remain calm under pressure
n
Full working rights in Australia, unfortunately sponsorship is not on offer for this role.
