VetTech Australia Pty Ltd is a growing family-owned business with over 25 years' experience in the animal health industry, supporting veterinary clinics Australia-wide with quality equipment, service, and genuine customer care.

This role would suit someone looking to transition into an office-based role or expand their experience across customer service, administration, sales and accounts support.

What you'll be doing
Handling customer service and administration calls
Preparing quotations, orders, and invoices
Assisting with accounts support (invoicing, remittances, basic reconciliations)
General admin duties, data entry, and database management
Supporting internal teams as needed
Occasional light warehouse interaction

About you:
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude




Customer-focused and organised
Confident using Microsoft Office (MYOB experience advantageous but not essential)
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive and willing to pitch in where needed
Previous sales experience desirable

What we offer:
Full-time role – Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Brand current office and warehouse facility - Glendenning location
