About the role

Integral Movement is looking for a confident Occupational Therapist with great people skills to join our expanding team. We are a rapid-growing multidisciplinary allied health practice in Epping, Melbourne's north, and an NDIS and DVA registered provider with clients already waiting for an OT. Our exercise physiologists and dietitians help clients living with chronic conditions, disability and injury move better and live more independently.

OT is the missing piece – and we've got clients waiting for you.

Key responsibilities
Build our OT service from the ground up with a caseload from day one
Provide occupational therapy services to NDIS and community clients
Work alongside exercise physiologists and dietitians using up-to-date assessment technology (HumanTrak, force plates, VO2 max)
Conduct community visits requiring a driver's licence
Participate in regular OT-specific mentoring and professional development

About you
OT degree (or graduating in 2026)
AHPRA registration (or obtaining)




NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Checks (or willingness to obtain)
Driver's license for community visits
Confident, driven and motivated
Passionate about occupational therapy in the NDIS and community space
Thirst for learning and growth – new grad or experienced

We started in 2023 as a small clinic in Mickleham, outgrew it, and moved into our bigger Epping clinic in late 2024. Now we're growing again.
